H & H Promotions Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Loanitt UK Limited for the purpose of credit broking introductions only. Our firm reference number is 1020287. Loanitt UK Limited trading as Loanitt of Forsyth House, Cromac Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT2 8LA, registered in Northern Ireland (NI678340), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference number 970579 ). Loanitt UK Limited are a credit broker, not a lender, and offer loans from a limited panel of lenders. Loanitt UK Limited do does not charge you for credit broking services. Loanitt UK Limited earn a commission for providing their services, but this does not influence the interest rate you’re offered in any way. H & H Promotions receive a fixed fee payment should you decide to complete an application with them. The payment received does not impact the finance rate offered. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a listing.

You are responsible for the content you upload, including text, images, and other media. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to sell the vehicle listed.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Listing Fees and Payment

Users are required to pay a fee to list vehicles on the Site. The fee structure and payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of Sign-Up or listing.

All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

We use secure payment processors for transactions. We do not store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of H&H Promotions LTD, trading as NiVehicleSales.com or its content providers and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.
